We've sent the invites out via wonderful Pallant House and Partners in Art , took ages to compile all the correct times and dates and infomation for 3 different venues download the Lottery Funded Logo and make sure that was in the right possition on the invite and put the blog info on, then send it to Marc Steene at Pallant and it was send out on their mailing list ! Result !  All quite stressfull actually !
The invite is being printed at Procopy down the road and will get flyers done too to hand out and put in local library's , tourist infomation, Pallant House, and all related venues...

Barbara discussing the colour Joel's using , the greens not quite right , he's possibly adding too much white.

Why has joel gone back to using the pallet knife on this canvas ?...its just not working !

Looking at the original Lillies Painting , and trying to get Joel to use that same technic in the larger painting , it worked so well.
Barbara has been amazing she wizzed over to help Joel at the last minute yesterday dispite having to fly out to India today, and sort her own work out for her show opening in Arundel at the Zimmer Stuart Gallery at the end of the month. They discuss the original lillies painting and Barbara feels Joel needs to refere back to it as he seems to have lost his way a bit when painting the later canvas' , the greens have too much white in them and he needs to bring in the wonderful magenta . Basically be brave and just Go For It !
